Shri Manoj Mittal aged about 54 years has a track record of over 3 Decades in propelling organizational growth and profitability through strategic leadership, multi - functional expertise, building / optimizing organizational processes.
He worked as a Deputy Managing Director at Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) from Jan 2016 – Jan 2021. He was closely Involved in the development of SIDBI Vision 2.0 and its successful implementation to emerge as a financially stronger impact institution.
He had played a lead role in restructuring of dues of Banks to MFIs during the A.P. MFI Crisis in 2010 and implementation of responsible lending initiatives. Mr.Sunil Kumar Bansal has a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, Cost Accountant from ICWI, Kolkata and Diploma in Travery and Forex Management from IFFI, Hyderabad. He achieved the 23rd rank at the all-India level in the CA final. Mr. Bansal has held a number of positions in NABARD and has over 35 years of in-depth experience, of which 22 years he served as Senior Executive, Investment Manager, Financial Consultant and Development Banker in NABARD.
Mr. Bansal has 10 years of board level experience jointly with organizations like SIDBI, NABCANS and NEBVENTURE. Mr. Bansal has been the head of the regional offices of the states of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, as the officer-in-charge / chief general manager.
Shri Shivendra Tomar
Shri Shivendra Tomar, General Manager, IFCI, has been with IFCI Ltd since 2001. He has held several positions and assignments in IFCI and its Subsidiaries. He has been given responsibility as Managing Director of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited with effect from June 10, 2020.
He has vast experience in financial sector having exposure of working as Chief Credit Officer of IFCI and in various departments of IFCI comprising Resources, Corporate Advisory, Recovery and NPA Resolution, Credit, Subsidiaries & Associates. Besides, he has rich experience in shouldering responsibilities as MD’s of various Subsidiaries/Associates of IFCI viz. Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd (TFCI), IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd (IVCF), and IFCI Infrastructure Development Ltd. (IIDL). The assignments, as MD of these entities, covered all spheres of management i.e. Business Development, Administration, HR, Legal, Credit (sanction, disbursement and recoveries), resource raising and various regulatory and statutory compliances.
Dr. Anjali Kaushik
Dr. Anjali Kaushik is a Professor at Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon which is one of the Top Business Schools in India. She has worked as consultant on various projects related to strategic planning, policy making in e-governance and cyber security with Government of India. She has authored five books with renowned publishers and has published more than 30 papers in peer reviewed international journals. She belongs to the first batch of Lady Officers in Indian Air Force, and is an Oxford University Chevening Scholar of 2013 batch. She is a MBA from MDI, Gurgaon and PhD from Delhi University.
Shri Ravindra Nath
Shri Ravindra Nath, served as Chairman and Managing Director of National Small Industries Corporation, a Public Sector Enterprise of Government of India, till September 2018. Besides this, Shri Nath has held senior positions of corporate head of finance in public and private sectors. Shri Nath has over three decades of experience in various areas of Finance, Accounts and Management. Shri Nath besides holding Degree in Commerce, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of ICAI of India.
Shri Nath has worked on various initiatives to achieve inclusive growth in the country, particularly in MSMEs. Shri Nath was actively engaged in promotion and development of MSMEs, as well as Entrepreneurship Development, creating collaborative environment to promote Technology Transfers, Joint Ventures etc. between MSMEs both in India and overseas.
Shri Ravindra Nath has been conferred with several awards including “CMD of the Year Award” in June, 2015 for his exemplary role in promotion & development of MSME sector in India, "Outstanding Leadership Award" conferred by Fore & Top Rankers in 2018 for achieving Business Excellence through Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Shri Anil Kumar Bansal has more than 30 years of vast experience in various areas of Banking, Finance, Rating, Agriculture, MSME, Corporate and NBFC Sector. Shri Anil Kumar Bansal was elected as Chairman of CARE Ratings Limited, a leading rating agency in India and currently holding the membership of external credit rating committee. He is also a member of Screening Committee of Venture Capital funds for Scheduled Caste and Backward Classes. Shri Bansal has held senior positions in various Public Sector Banks.
Shri Anil Kumar Bansal was conferred with several awards i.e. Chairman Club member/Super Achiever for his exemplary role in Union Bank of India. Mr. Bansal was awarded an Outstanding alumni of the year award by the GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology for the year 2019-2020.

Shri Arvind Kumar Jain, Ex-ED Punjab & Sind Bank is having rich Banking experience of around 40 years with expertise in Treasury Corporate Credit, International Banking, Equity & Debt Capital raising, Compliances and Risk Management. In Banking, his career remained quite bright & headed the Branches/ controlling offices besides worked in H.O of the Bank. In Oriental Bank of Commerce as a Chief General Manager, he headed the Large Corporate Credit Department and as a General Manager he headed Integrated Treasury and International Division, Mid Corporate Credit, Merchant Banking Division, Investor Relation etc.
Shri Ajay Kumar Kapur

Shri Ajay Kumar Kapur is having more than 40 year of experience in handling all aspects of development banking including branch operations, policy functions, credit operations, lending to banks, NBFCs and MFIs, SFMC, receivable finance, risk management, treasury and resource raising, associate institutions, international cooperation, IT, venture capital and PE, government interface. Shri Kapur played a key role in establishment of MUDRA, Receivable Exchange of India and National Credit Guarantee Trustee Co. Ltd. Long experience of serving on the board of companies. Shri Ajay Kumar Kapur began his professional career as Industrial Engineer with Punjab Tractors Ltd. from 1980-1985. Then he switched to finance in 1985 when he joined Industrial Development Bank of India where he worked in project finance and other areas for five years before switching to SIDBI. He retired as Deputy MD, SIDBI in October 2019.
