IFCI Venture will contribute 10% sponsor contribution towards corpus of the Domestic fund. The balance fund corpus would be raised from other financial institutions/banks/companies/multilateral agencies and foreign investors.

"IFCI Venture has received a credit rating from CARE of A+ for its loan facilities aggregating to Rs. 50 Crore (applicable for facilities having tenure of not more than one year) and a rating of A- for its loan facilities aggregating to Rs. 200 Crore (applicable for facilities having tenure of more than one year)"
