Position: Vice President/Asst. Vice President/ Analyst

Department: Fund mobilization & Deal Management

Qualification: MBA/ Degree in Engg./ Post graduation in finance or banking from a reputed institute.

Job Description:
  1. Possess practical knowledge and experience of business practices work processes in Private Equity/ Venture Capital Industry.


  2. Drafting of dossier and other presentation material for prospective investors and monitor/review private equity/Venture Capital industry


  3. Identify and approach prospective investors for contribution in the Private Equity/ Venture Capital Funds under to be taken up for management, by IFCI venture.


  4. Prepare/ Draft presentation Information memorandum Private Placement Memorandum, other information for prospective investors.


  5. Closely monitor Private Equity/Venture Capital Industry, gather market intelligence, understand the latest developments and apprise best industry practices in IFCI venture.


  6. Devise plan for attracting prospective Private Equity for contribution in Venture Capital Funds.


  7. Support in strategic planning / budgeting / forecasting; project feasibility studies.


  8. Keen communicator with excellent relationship management skills.


  9. Application of high end secondary research techniques with comparative analysis & market intelligence of the industry.


  10. Performing competitor assessments, studying company reports


  11. Assisting in analysis and documentation of business processes, people, technology, etc.


  12. Identifying cost risks and opportunities, identifying trends/core business drivers.


  13. Developing project deliverables (presentations, status updates) in developing the firm's strategy by performing analysis to deliver relevant and insightful management information, together with assisting in business planning and development.


  14. Support in strategic planning / budgeting / forecasting; project feasibility studies.


  15. Support in Business and Budget Reviews.
