Mr. S.P. Arora, Managing Director
Shri S. P. Arora, is a Post Graduate in Commerce, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Law Graduate, An Associate Member of Institute of Cost and Work Accountant of India, Diploma in Labour Laws and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.
He was deputed to IFCI Venture as Managing Director of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited (IFCI Venture) in March 2010. He has 29 years of professional experience. He started his career in 1982 as a Probationary Officer in Nationalized Bank and thereafter joined IFCI Ltd. in 1988. Worked in almost all credit functions including credit appraisal, Infrastructure financing, Restructuring & revival strategy, P.S.U. disinvestments, corporate advisory, primary market operations and loan syndication.
Mr. Atul Saxena, Senior Associate Vice President
Mr. Atul Saxena is MBA, IIM Calcutta, B Tech (Civil), IIT Kanpur.
Presently he is leading IFCI's initiative of participation in highways & thermal power projects in Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode.
He has more than 12 years of experience in project development/execution and consulting in Infrastructure Sector in India. He has exposure to handling all the aspects of project development/execution ranging from technical feasibility and financial structuring to commissioning stage. He has also been involved in few projects funded by World Bank like PP Transactions Advisory Services for Selected State Roads and study on PPP in Infrastructure Financing and has significant experience in Project Management and Contract Administration of Oil & Gas sector projects.
Mr. Nitin Aggarwal, Associate Vice President
Mr. Nitin Aggrawal is MBA, IIM Ahmedabad, B Tech (Chemical) IIT Delhi
He is presently leading IFCI's initiative of participation in hydro, wind and solar power projects. He has around 2 years in financial sector and more than 1 year in water management systems.
